Summer’s almost gone and it’s that special time of the year again - the big four fashion week. Creative teams go beyond our wildest dreams to put on a decent show that can still catch viewers’ eye, four times a year, not an easy task when taken under consideration all sensorial stimuli concurring to shrink one’s average attention span.
Nonetheless I’m very curious to find out more about the Burberry show as this year it will be hosting a star-studded, three-floor documentary show. Here We Are, is an exhibition that will include over 200 images by more than 30 photographers such as Martin Parr, Bill Brandt, Daniel Meadows, Tony Ray-Jones (and others) co-curated by the photographer Alasdair McLellan and Burberry Chief Creative Director Cristopher Bailey.
Aiming to provide a look at life in Britain the exhibition’s venue is hosted throughout three floors of an 18th century Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell, London.
McLellan’s photoshoots for Burberry will be released platforms, which reminds me…have you seen the brand’s Instagram account lately? So fresh. Go ahead, give it a look.
